Job Linkage is a nationally accredited Information, Advice and Guidance Service, with over 10 years experience of delivering community based employment services in the City of Sunderland. Coordinated by Sunderland City Council it aims to ‘ Link Local People to Local Jobs’.

Seeking to offer a quality customer focused service, we provide free services and support for both:

• Local residents aged over 16 years from targeted areas of the City, who are not working and want help to get a job

• Local businesses and inward investors who have recruitment needs

We do this by providing innovative and flexible ways to remove barriers that may be preventing individuals from disadvantaged areas accessing local training and employment opportunities.

Job Linkage receives funding from Single Programme, Neighbourhood Renewal Funds, New Deal for Communities, European Social Funds, One North East, Coalfields Regeneration Trust and Nexus.
